Conception Bay South has an excellent transportation network to the airport, downtown St. John’s, and major health care facilities. Residents can also avail of numerous local health-related clinics within the town. Municipal services include curbside waste collection and a recycling program, two 24/7 fire stations, a provincial police.

The Conception Bay South T’Railway is 14 kilometres long, starting from Spruce Hill Road in the east to Doyles Road in the west. Eventually, 4 kilometres will be added to Indian Pond, at the Town’s western boundary.

The T’Railway allows hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, and many other activities for a healthy lifestyle.

The South Bay Pioneers will remain closed to the general public through the month of July. The House remains operational at a limited capacity for our residents.
